BOMB HOLE CUP 2023

  • The Bomb Hole Cup 2023, in its second year, was a snowboarding event hosted by The Bomb Hole Snowboard Podcast, continuing its aim at bringing the snowboarding community together. It featured contests and challenges for riders of all levels, celebrating the sport and its culture. The two-day format continued, with Day 1 as the banked slalom "Race Day" and Day 2 as the "Park Showdown."
    This year introduced the Vintage Kicker Showdown and the Limo Jam as the final event, adding a unique twist to the weekend.

  • With the introduction of the Limo Jam to Bomb Hole Cup 2023, the branding highlighted this feature as the event's main attraction. This year, the event embraced a motorsport-inspired aesthetic, featuring a bold black, yellow, and white color scheme that aligned with The Bomb Hole brand identity. Hand-drawn typography and a chaotic layout filled with energetic elements like checkered flags and flames captured the spontaneous, freestyle spirit of snowboarding and the Cup. The racing theme connected to the event's banked slalom, with the limo fitting seamlessly into the concept. The character from the previous year returned, jibbing the limo and linking the race and freestyle elements of the two-day event. This playful detail complemented the race-inspired theme while retaining the gritty style, bold colors, and visual elements established in the inaugural year.

    • Developed product graphics and compiled comprehensive tech packs to streamline production and maintain quality standards.
